Each type of crystal or stone emits its own signature frequency. Colors also have their own frequency.
The shapes of crystals and stones also play a part in the direction(s) in which they emit their frequencies.
Everything in our universe is made of energy frequencies, including humans. The predictable and steady frequencies of crystals and stones can be used to direct healthy frequencies to our own energy systems to bring them back toward a healthy state. This is called an energetic shift. It may take time and repetition to complete the shift. It's also recommended that you balance your chakras regularly. You can do this on your own and/or consult with a knowledgeable Crystal Healer.
Some stones with excellent healing properties can also be toxic if used improperly. Crystal Nebulae will be adding a list of those, along with suggestions to guard your health if you are using or handling potentially harmful stones.
