Includes full body energy scan, followed by appropriate crystals and stone laid on and/or around the body. Full body scan is repeated during and after the session. The client is not required to purchase any crystals or stones for this service.

Individual Guided Meditation Sessions for the client's specific needs/focus, or for Crystal Meditations. 

Group Guided Meditations are also offered for gatherings of 3 or more people at $15.00 per person.

Our Crystal Healer will teach, and assist in, the creation of a Crystal Grid for the client's specific need, purpose, and/or location to create a beneficial energy shift. The number and type of stones vary for each grid. Clients are not required to purchase them from Crystal Nebulae.

Groups of 3 or more people may book a Grid Creation Session at $15.00 per person.

Hygge (hoo-gah) is a Danish & Norwegian word for a set of practices for comfort, coziness, conviviality, wellness, and contentment (Wikipedia).  Most often associated with Winter, Hygge is the ultimate in Self-Care.  We tailor our hygge classes for our climate & seasons, with  a selection of designs, activities, and practices that integrate the concepts of hygge with our non-Scandinavian culture.
